FAQs

Bulk Orders - Do you cater for bulk Orders ?

Yes we do.  Just email us via our  CONTACT US  page.

Include your Details plus what and how many you would like to order.

We will send you a quote including postage.

Deliveries - How long does it take ?

Once payment has been received your order will be sent out ASAP.

This generally means 1 to 2 Business days.

Bulk orders will take a bit longer.

Deliveries -  What area do you deliver to ?

Currently we deliver Australia Wide.

Exchange / Refunds.

There are no refunds , though any faulty goods can be exchanged under warranty if the Distributor declares the item faulty and under warranty.

The customer is liable for any return postage back to the distributor.

There are no "change of mind" returns.

Onsite Coverage Area : What areas do you cover for onsite service for Bookkeeping & Computer Maintenance ?

We currently service the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne including the Yarra Valley.

Ordering : Not using Paypal ?

Order Via our Contact Us Page. Just list your requirements, with your Name Address and Contact Phone Number.

A confirmatory email will be sent that we have received your order.

Attached will be an Invoice of all the choices you have to pay.

When funds have been verified or cleared your order will be sent ASAP.

Payment Options: What Payment Options are there ?

We have the following payment options:

Bank Cheque , B  pay, Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards, Direct Bank Deposit , Money Order and Pay Pal.

Payments: Do I have to use Paypal to pay for items ?

NO.  Make your order via our CONTACT US Page. Just list your requirements with your Name , Address and Contact Phone Number.

We will send you a confirmatory email with an Invoice attached with the options available for payment.When we receive your payment and funds have been cleared / verified we will send your order ASAP.

Postage Charges : What are they ?

Currently the default postage is $20 anywhere in Australia.

Postage Charges: $20 seems a lot for some items.

Due to the software used by the Website a default amount was used.

If  a particular product does not cost us $20 to send , the listed product price has already been dropped by the difference we pay.

Products : Are they new ?

All products sold by us are Brand New and shipped directly from the Distributor.

Sales - Do you sell your items outside Australia ?

We currently sell only within Australia.

Tax Invoices : Are Tax Invoices supplied ?

All products come with a Tax Invoice.

A Tax Invoice will be emailed to the customer.

Warranty ?

All products sold come with their individual Manufacturers Warranty.

We are happy to assist with any warranty claims.

The customer is liable for the return postage back to the Distributor.

The Distributor has the sole say on any warranty claim.
