Deliveries - How long does
it take ?
Once payment has been received
your order will be sent out ASAP.
This generally means 1 to 2
Business days.
Bulk orders will take a bit
longer.
Deliveries - What area
do you deliver to ?
Currently we deliver Australia
Wide.
Exchange /
Refunds.
There are no refunds , though
any faulty goods can be exchanged under warranty if the Distributor
declares the item faulty and under warranty.
The customer is liable for any
return postage back to the distributor.
There are no "change of mind"
returns.

We currently service the Outer
Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne including the Yarra Valley.

Postage Charges : What are
they ?
Currently the default postage
is $20 anywhere in Australia.
Postage Charges: $20 seems a
lot for some items.
Due to the software used by the
Website a default amount was used.
If a particular product
does not cost us $20 to send , the listed product price has already
been dropped by the difference we pay.
Products : Are they new
?
All products sold by us are
Brand New and shipped directly from the Distributor.
Sales - Do you sell your
items outside Australia ?
We currently sell only within
Australia.
Tax Invoices : Are Tax
Invoices supplied ?
All products come with a Tax
Invoice.
A Tax Invoice will be emailed
to the customer.
Warranty ?
All products sold come with
their individual Manufacturers Warranty.
We are happy to assist with any
warranty claims.
The customer is liable for the
return postage back to the Distributor.
The Distributor has the sole
say on any warranty claim.
